Built in 2005 our property is situated on one of Western Cape’s most prestigious golf course developments, in the heart of the Stellenbosch wine region.

Our property is a five bedroom luxury house, in traditional Dutch Cape style, on the fabulous De Zalze Golf Winelands Estate, 5kms from the historic town of Stellenbosch in the heart of the Cape Winelands. The De Zalze golf course, rated number three in the Western Cape, was designed by Peter Matkovich. The house is located on the edge of one of the golf course lakes, 200 metres from the 6th fairway which runs adjacent to our property, giving the rear of the house magnificent views of Table Mountain in one direction and the Stellenbosch Mountain ranges in the other, yet retaining total privacy. The golf estate which enjoys 24 hour security is situated in a three hundred hectare site which also contains three productive wine farms including two of the regions premier wine producers: Kleine Zalze and Spier.
