There are excellent shopping facilities including two supermarkets, ATM machines, chemists, art and craft shops, cafes and restaurants within ½ mile. In the town of Somerset West (10 minutes drive) there is a huge shopping mall including several banks, a cinema complex, internet cafe and a wide variety of restaurants. Just 2kms way is the very pretty town of Stellenbosch, located in the heart of the Cape Winelands. Stellenbosch itself is one of the most beautiful towns in South Africa, it is charming, unique and has a rich history dating back to the 17C.
